What is a hatcher?
The hatcher is where the eggs lay still for the last 3 days of the incubation cycle. Generally, the humidity and airflow are slightly higher at the hatcher than the setter. By creating a stable environment for the eggs to hatch without turning them during this period, the chick inside the egg adapts itself so that it can peck its way out of the shell when the time comes.
